Can I buy BeSerene Daily or BeSerene Instant Relief individually?

A: Yes, you can purchase each one individually. 

They do not need to be taken together, however their effects do play great together and build on each other. 

Kind of 1+1=11 type of thing.

Some people find that they LOVE the BeSerene Daily and don’t really use the BeSerene IR as much… others will find they love having BeSerene IR in their car, purse, and bedside table to use whenever life happens.

Is there Gluten, Dairy, Soy or GMO’s in BeSerene?

A: No. BeSerene Daily or BeSerene Instant Relief does NOT contain any major allergens and is GMO free.

Can I take Be Serene with prescription medication or a certain herb or vitamin?

A: As a general rule, we cannot tell you what to take or not to take as we are not your doctor.  That being said, we realize it’s unlikely your doctor has studied these herbs like we have so we’d like you to be as informed as possible.

Do NOT ever take BeSerene products during pregnancy or during prescription lithium usage.

Prescription lithium is the one known interaction and it is never advised to mix them. In case you are wondering, the supplement lithium orotate is a different compound and okay to take with BeSerene.

Beyond that, these herbs have been studied in rats and mice and some of them have interactions with blood thinners and blood pressure medications. 

In high doses they may make them less effective.  However, this research has not been repeated in humans and we do not know if the effect will remain.

We do not believe there to be a notable interaction with BeSerene, however your body might be different and so if you’re concerned, please speak with a herbalist, your doctor, or just don’t take the products.

Are there any known interactions with BeSerene?

A: So far less than 1% of customers have reported excessive calmness, fatigue, diarrhea, and or a reduction in blood pressure while taking BeSerene. 

We do ask that if you are a sensitive person, that you slowly test these products on yourself.

Please open the capsule of BeSerene Daily and use ¼ of a capsule for a few days to test it on yourself. 

Start BeSerene Instant Relief by only using ½ a pump of the cream.  

And do not try the products for the first time, or higher dosages, before driving or operating other equipment.

Remember, everyone is different and your ideal dosage will not be the same as others.  That’s why we always want you to start slow and increase over time to find the perfect sweet spot for your life.

I have digestive issues. Can I take BeSerene?
