I had a very cyclone at one time, but it seems to me that my body has changed in the past. Although I used to eat a little more fast food than ever before. But is this change to me?

Hi Alicia – first we’d recommend digestive enzymes (Many of our recommended products can be found here: https://healthygut.com/recommended-products/) and you may also want to remove the 4 horseman: https://healthygut.com/what-to-do-when-the-scd-diet-isnt-working/ Give those suggestions a try and let us know how it goes;)

I found that I seem to be a tougher case. I know that there needs to be some tweaking but I’m not quite sure where to start. Im almost a month into the diet and it seems as if every stage 1 one food bothers me. Im celiac and struggle with all dairy (lactose and casein) so have waited to start nut-milk yogurt for a few more weeks. I am only able to eat beef, chicken and turkey (salmon and other fish causes me stomach pain so far) soup, and butternut squash. I have tried introducing the other vegetables and fruits and so far each of them has caused some feeling of gas/bloating or pain.

Although my bloating and constipation has been much better since starting, i can’t seem to get past eating the introduction foods and don’t know where to go from here as everything seems to be bothering me and I do not want to move to stage 2 veggies if i’m unable to eat stage 1.

Id appreciate any help and suggestions!

thanks
