HI Alice – first we apologize if you didn’t feel customer service was helpful to you! Our goal is to be as helpful as possible in a timely manner:) The webinar will help you to understand how a leaky gut is tied to autoimmunity and what you can do to address it. Many think there is nothing they can do to help or heal autoimmunity, and that isn’t necessarily so. As far as the constipation goes, here are some resources to help: https://healthygut.com/real-food-tips-constipation/

We also have an entire section of constipation related articles on our site, and these can be found here: https://healthygut.com/category/constipation/

By: alice https://healthygut.com/how-to-treat-scleroderma-naturally/#comment-790345 http://scdlifestyle.com/?p=13848#comment-790345 I started out with. the SCD diet last year. I was faithful to it, but became discouraged, because I was constipated and the ebook seemed to favor those with the diarrhea-type situation, rather than my problem — constipation. I could not sustain the diet without constipation control, and after calling Customer Service and getting what seemed to me to be a rude agent, I gave up for awhile. Since that time I have swung back to the SCD lifestyle, having found magnesium, which I take for the constipation. Recently, after listening carefully to my account, a doctor suggested that I might have SIBO. and I am now very grateful for having seen Kyle’s story, because that seems to be the correct path for me. My question is: Do you believe that this webinar will help me, since I have had autoimmune disease, but it has been in remission for quite some time? I now, of course, would be very happy to learn about the journeys of others who have constipation-type gut problems, so that I can learn how to find my way to health. Any guidance you can provide will be much appreciated. Thank you.
