I know you posted 2 yrs but this drug seems to give me diaherra but works for everything else lol. My doctor perscribed it for neck pain..

Is that true? I’m amazed!!! Here in the United Kingdom Prednisone is only prescribed in extreme circumstances when the benefits outweigh the drawbacks. That means you get it for really nasty autoimmune diseases, severe arthritis, sight threatening uveitis, Lupus, Crohns etc.
If a doctor here started prescribing Prednisone for “most cases of diarrhea” I suspect that they would soon be struck off the medical register.
Surely proper medical doctors in the U.S. follow similar procedures don’t they?
