If not I wouldn’t have started the SCD. Because of willpower I feel healthier, stronger, brighter and through this I have accepted my feeling of loss. The loss of my good health. And today I feel grateful in some tragicomical way for my mild case of UC (if it had been a bad case I am not sure I would feel like this), because it have made me feel so much better about my self know that I finally had the willpower to do the SCD.
