Yogurt and probiotics are both really important. We recommend you continue probiotics even after introducing yogurt.

We recommend you wait until around day 30 to try the yogurt – and then go really slowly.

I am on week two of the SCD diet and I suffered a couple day set back when I tried to introduce the yogurt. I think it was definitely to soon for me and I know I ate too much of it for the first attempt at introducing it. I also take a probiotic every morning. So my question is; do you continue taking the probiotic when you start introducing the yogurt?
