I have been on the dieet for three moths and i was only able to eat just a few more things after all this time. I don’t have consipation or diaria, just irritated bowels wich are swollen the whole time. It looks like I’m pretty pregnant all the time. Sometimes it hurts, but most of the time its just uncomfortable. After the introduction my belly is flat and I feel great! After trying banana its swollen. Than I tried courgette, swollen again. Beans are in between so after three weeks, I’m still on the introduction….. I tried more, appel is ok, pear sometimes and than I quit. It really felt like I coudn’t eat anything… Going to start again tomorrow and decided to try every food four days now. Maybe my body just need some time to get used to it. (sorry for the poor english, I’m dutch and don’t practice writing english enough)
